Description
Shot of the crowd at the pride festival on Barney Allis Plaza in Kansas City clearly meant to feature the front of the shirtless African American leatherman photographed earlier from behind; he is wearing leather short chaps with blues shorts underneath and a clear outline of his penis showing, leather harness, bicep bands, hand straps, and a blue cowboy hat. Other shirtless white men are seen from behind.
