The Statesmen of Jazz perform on stage in Boca Raton, Florida, on May 16, 2000. On the left side of the photograph, Eddie Higgins sits at the baby grand piano he plays as he looks up at Claude "Fiddler" Williams. Claude faces the center of the stage and the audience as he plays his fiddle. David "Fathead" Newman stands center stage holding his saxophone and listening to Claude and Eddie. Earl May, double bass, is mostly obscured behind David. On the right side of the photograph, George Masso smiles to the right as he holds his trombone from the tuning slide down to the floor. The back of an audience member's head is visible in the foreground. A bit of a finger mars the upper left-hand corner of the photograph. The date, "5 16 '00"," is imprinted on the lower right-hand of the photograph by the camera.
