Description
An unidentified African American child in the front of a toy wagon, likely an "American Coaster" has a big grin as the unidentified African American child in the back of the wagon covers his or her eyes. One wheel has fallen off of the sidewalk at what appears to be the bottom of a hill. Houses and another group of children playing are in the background. The shadows of the photographer and the children are on the ground.
