A publicity photograph of the African American jazz group, Kansas City Scamps likely in the 1970's. From left to right, Lucky Wesley (bass, leader), Albert "Coots" Dye (piano), Arthur Jackson (alto and tenor sax), L.C. "Speedy" Huggins (vocals), and Wallace Lee Jones (drums). They all wear tuxedos with black bow ties. Arthur Jackson wears a dark flat cap. Speedy Huggins wears glasses.
