A crowd of Mexican Americans east at five tables at the Tenderloin Grill at 900 Southwest Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri. Between two signs on the wall that say Herrera's Tenderloin Grill, is the sign in the center that says, "Herrera's Pig Snoot Heaven."
