Twelve Mexican American women at a meeting

Twelve Mexican American women, five seated in folding chairs and seven standing in a line behind the seated women, smile at the camera at a regular MANA de Kansas City meeting at the Westport Allen Center in Kansas City, Missouri. The three seated in the center are Mary Lou Jaramillo, Rose Vest, and Sally Ramos. The head just above Sally Ramos is Dina Castro. The person standing between the seated Mary Lou Jaramillo and Rose Vest is Anna Maria Bellatin. The person standing behind Rose Vest is Elvira Valenzuela Crocker, MANA National President. They are posed in front of a chalkboard that hangs across the entire wall behind them.
