Ted Malone photographing two children

Description

Ted Malone crouches down near the sidewalk to take a photograph of two young white girls who are wearing nice clothing and standing in front of a window decorated with United States flags and a streamer during an overseas trip. A decaying advertisement sign on the wall reads in French, "Si vous avez. Si vous voulez. Engagez-vous engagez-vous. Troupes Coloniales." White has been painted around Ted.
