An open air market place is crowded with men and women. There are baskets of melons, shelves of vegetables, and baskets that are covered with a cloth. On the right side of the photograph a horse that is hitched up is waiting patiently. Between the buildings on the left and right is a scale hanging from a large wooden frame.
