Grotto of the Nativity

Description
The close-up photograph of the Grotto of the Nativity, shows drapes pulled aside to reveal many incense burners hanging over a medallion. Many lamps hang from the ceiling. The grotto has a cage locked over the opening. "Printed along the bottom of the photograph, "Grotto of the Nativity. 288. Grotte da la NativiteĢ." Printed on the bottom, right-hand corner in white ink script. "American Colony, Jerusalem."
