The bazaar in Bethlehem, sits in an square surrounded by miles of buildings. Several camels stand or lie in the square ad many people stand or walk in the square. Pack donkeys stand on the bottom right-hand corner of the photograph. Printed along the bottom of the photograph, "123 Scéne du marché à Bethleém — Bazar at Bethlehem. Damiani. Jérusalem."
