Description
People, mostly children, enjoy the outdoors along the Boulevard de Waterloo in Brussels, Belgium. A man holds a bicycle he stands beside in the center of the boulevard. A perambulator is on the right side of the photograph. People also stand among tall trees that are planted in rows in groves that line each side of the boulevard.
