Description
A banyan tree in Sri Lanka [then Ceylon] with a rock wall behind it. A small trellis supports a young tree in the foreground of the photograph. Printed in white ink in the bottom center of the photograph, "Banian Tree No. 112." Photograph is damaged by having the bottom left-hand corner torn off.
