Scout Statue in Penn Valley Park with the skyline of Kansas City in background. The statue depicts a Sioux scout sitting on a horse on top of a pedestal made of stones. The statue is on a hill facing the skyscrapers and downtown Kansas City. There is an unidentified white man, back to the camera, on the left taking photos.
