Scout Statue in Penn Valley Park with the skyline of Kansas City in background at night. The statue depicts a Sioux scout sitting on a horse on top of a pedestal made of stones. The statue is on a hill facing the skyscrapers and downtown Kansas City. All the skyscrapers are lit up with red and yellow lights.
