Scout Statue in Penn Valley Park with the skyline of Kansas City in background. The statue depicts a Sioux scout sitting on a horse on the right on top of a pedestal made of stones. The statue is on a hill facing the skyscrapers and downtown Kansas City. There are also warehouses and office buildings in the background.
