Description
Earl "Washboard" Sally of the Chubby Carrier Band, one of the national acts to perform at the Grand Emporium, hangs his mouth open and sticks out his tongue as he plays a washboard or rubboard. An audience member's hand can be seen in the foreground rubbing the board.
