Description
Baaba Maal, a Senegalese singer, guitar player, and percussionist, who sings mostly in the language of Pulaar, bends over looking down while playing a percussion instrument. Other members of the band are visible around him. Everyone wears traditional clothing. They are inside a tent with one light at the top center of the photograph.
