Lauritz Melchior, Metropolitan opera heroic tenor, and guest of Tommy Dorsey, emcee and trombone soloist of the RCA Show, as they rehearsed their lines before the popular NBC program went on the air at a recent broadcast. The occasion marked the reunion of the famous singer and Dorsey, since they also appeared together in MGM's musical "Thrill of a Romance." Both record exclusively for RCA Victor (from photo caption).
