This surrealist shot from the March of Time film, "Night Club Boom" catches cornetist "Wild Bill" Davison and bassist Jack Lesberg of Eddie Condon's band in a mirrored pillar of the club. The bemused cuadroculate getting her kicks at lower right is "Maggie" Gowans, wife of trombonist Brad (from photo caption).
