Description
An African American child is lying naked on a surgery table with a white cloth over the genitals. The child's limbs are each tied with a white cloth to the table and its head is turned away from the camera. A bright light is shining down on the child's head which two unidentified white male surgeons are examining. An unidentified African American female nurse is seated by the child's legs. Doctors and nurse are dressed in surgical scrubs and masks. Various medical instruments are all around.
