Description
Bobbi Johnson, Miss USA, and Kansas City Athletics owner Charles O. Finley delivering a souvenir megaphone to white boy patient with bandages on his torso lying down in a hospital bed. They are standing on either side of the bed and both looking at the camera. Finley is also holding a stack of more megaphones. Johnson is wearing her sash and tiara and one of the megaphones is hanging from a chain around her neck and is holding onto a pen that the patient is also holding onto.
