Description
Bobbi Johnson, Miss USA, and Kansas City Athletics owner Charles O. Finley delivering a souvenir megaphone to white girl patient seated in a hospital bed. Finley is also holding out two large sheets of paper, or possibly photographs, to the girl. Johnson is wearing her sash and tiara and one of the megaphones is hanging from a chain around her neck.
