Children's Mercy Hospital patients (white and African American girls and boys) seated in a classroom, all in wheelchairs and hospital beds, for music time. Most patients are holding some sort of musical instrument such as drum, maracas, toy xylophone; etc. Two unidentified white women are at the back of the classroom. All looking over at the camera.
