Description
Santa Claus (white) and another white man handing out gifts to children (African American and white) in the hospital at the Mayor's Christmas Tree Party. They are holding boxes with dolls and other toys, handing them to boys and girls sitting in chairs and wheelchairs. Several female nurses (African American and white) are standing in back holding toddlers.
