Description
NETWORK, the national nuns political lobby, on September 26 awarded Congressman Dick Bolling with a certificate. Calling his voting record for 13 voting periods "outstanding" for sharing NETWORK's concerns 80% of the time, the award recognized Bolling's "deep commitment to the wide range of social justice issues... [which] reflect the rights of people to basic human needs and an understanding of the interdependence of all nations."
